As Vice President of Operations at W5 Technologies, Elaine has been instrumental in transforming the company from a contracting house into a mission-ready manufacturing partner. She established the company’s project management office (PMO), implemented predictive management frameworks, and developed operational processes that have positioned W5 as a trusted, audit-ready supplier to the defense industry.

Elaine brings deep experience from her 15-year tenure at Motorola and Nokia Siemens Networks, where she managed multimillion-dollar programs and coordinated international hardware deployments across four countries.
